≪STORY≫
The quiet town of Sakrada, California is blessed with bright and sunny west coast weather. In recent years, however, something insidious has been spreading in the shadows: a highly addictive drug known as "Lip Code."

In order to target this criminal activity, the Sakrada Police Department creates a new special investigation unit formed of unconventional thinkers with skills in a range of fields. They are known as Side Kicks.

Meet Chika, who has outstanding athletic skills, Hibari, a fast-talking profiler, Shishiba, a taciturn genius hacker, Rico, who has photographic memory, and their leader, Tatewaki. This five-man unit and their unprecedented investigation style begins to attract attention within the town - and one day, our heroine Inori is scouted to join them as a new member.
